Super App Acceptable Use & Data Security Policy
Effective Date: 17 June 2026
Applicable to: All students (ages 3-8), parents/guardians, staff, and visitors of Ultra
This Policy sets out the rules for Parents, staff, and students' families using the Ultra Super App (“the App”) — Ultra's platform for attendance, homework, fee payment, circulars, and photo/update sharing — so that the App is used safely, securely, and respectfully by everyone in the School community.
If your phone/device is lost, stolen, or you suspect your App account has been accessed by someone else, inform the School office and the Data Protection Officer immediately ([dpo@ultraschool.in] / +91 81369 46055) so the account can be secured or access revoked.
The App collects only the data needed to provide its features — your contact details, your child's attendance/academic/photo updates, and fee status. It does not access your personal photo gallery, contacts, or location beyond what a specific feature you choose to use genuinely requires. Full details are in the Data Protection Policy and Privacy Policy.
The App is operated by a third-party vendor acting as a Data Processor on the School's instructions, under a written Data Processing Agreement requiring the vendor to protect data, use it only for School-approved purposes, and delete it when no longer needed, per the Data Retention & Disposal Policy.
When a child leaves the School, the corresponding parent App account is deactivated and the associated data is handled per the Data Retention & Disposal Policy.
For App access issues, contact the School office. For privacy or data-related concerns about the App, contact the Data Protection Officer: [Data Protection Officer / Grievance Officer Name], [dpo@ultraschool.in], +91 81369 46055, or raise it through the Grievance Redressal Policy.
Misuse of the App (e.g., sharing other children's photos publicly, harassment of staff/parents through the App, or attempting unauthorized account access) may result in restricted App access and may be addressed under the Parent Code of Conduct & Engagement Policy or Terms & Conditions.
