Admission Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 17 June 2026
Applicable to: All students (ages 3-8), parents/guardians, staff, and visitors of Ultra
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern enrollment and continued attendance of a child at Ultra (“the School”). By submitting an admission form, paying the registration fee, or continuing your child’s enrollment, the parent/legal guardian (“Parent”) agrees to be bound by these Terms, along with the School’s Privacy Policy, Photo & Media Consent Policy, Code of Conduct, Fee & Refund Policy, Health & Safety Policy, and Child Safety & Safeguarding Policy, each of which forms part of this agreement by reference.
All students, parents, and staff are expected to follow the School’s Code of Conduct & Anti-Bullying Policy. The School may, at its discretion and after notifying the Parent, suspend or discontinue enrollment in cases of serious or repeated misconduct by the child, Parent, or family member that endangers the safety or well-being of other children or staff, subject to a fair hearing.
Photographs and videos of children may be taken during School activities for internal records, the School website, prospectus, and official social media pages, strictly in accordance with the Photo, Video & Media Consent Policy. No photograph or video will be published on any public platform without the Parent’s prior consent, which the Parent may withdraw at any time.
Personal data of the child and Parent is collected and processed in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the School’s Privacy Policy. The School acts as a Data Fiduciary and processes children’s personal data only with verifiable parental consent and for legitimate educational purposes.
Parents must disclose all known allergies, medical conditions, and emergency contact details. In a medical emergency where a Parent cannot be reached immediately, the School may seek emergency medical treatment for the child as detailed in the Health, Safety & Medical Emergency Policy.
The School takes reasonable care to ensure student safety but is not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings that occur despite reasonable precautions being taken, except where caused by the School’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Any concern or complaint should be raised through the channels described in the Grievance Redressal Policy. The School is committed to acknowledging and addressing all genuine concerns in a timely and fair manner.
The School may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to Parents in writing or via the School’s usual communication channels, and the updated Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at the city in which the School is located.
I/We, the undersigned Parent(s)/Guardian(s), confirm that I/we have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions and all referenced policies of Ultra.
