A typical day
Eight hours of real learning.
From morning circle to afternoon maker time, the day is structured but never rigid. Children move between activities based on their energy, curiosity and the lesson the city offers that day.
- 8:30 AM — Morning welcome & circle time
- 9:00 AM — Studio learning (literacy, numeracy, inquiry)
- 11:00 AM — City walks, neighbourhood visits, outdoor play
- 1:00 PM — Nutritious shared lunch
- 2:00 PM — Maker lab, art, music or rest
- 4:00 PM — Free play, reflection, reading
- 6:00 PM — Home time
